Alizea Yachting Charter Terms

Alizea Yachting operates 88 yachts and boats in Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. These terms outline how booking, payments, cancellations, and onboard services work. All rentals include a captain, crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets with clear, upfront rules for every charter.

How to secure your booking

To reserve any of our 88 yachts and boats, ranging from 33 to 164 feet, you must pay a 30 percent deposit. Dates are not held without this deposit. The minimum rental duration is 2 hours, and capacities reach up to 90 guests. All listed prices include VAT, with hourly rates running from 600 AED to 18900 AED. We handle all booking inquiries and confirmations via the WhatsApp button on our website. Our team responds in the chat within 15 minutes, daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST.

Safety, crew, and insurance coverage

Every charter includes a licensed captain and professional crew who manage the vessel throughout the journey. Full insurance, fuel, and life jackets for all guests are built into the rental price. Guests do not need to show a passport or ID to board our yachts and boats. The captain remains responsible for safety during the trip. Any extra activities, including water sports or fishing, operate under the supervision of our team to ensure full compliance with standard charter safety practices.

Food, drinks, and onboard extras

Guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, with zero corkage fee. Basic refreshments like soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets are provided on every trip. Additional services are available upon request, including catering, BBQ menus, bar service, decorations, a DJ, live music, photographers, drone filming, projectors, and car transfers. Water sports such as jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, banana rides, seabobs, and snorkelling, alongside fishing tackle, can also be arranged prior to departure.

Rescheduling and weather adjustments

If bad weather prevents sailing, you choose whether to reschedule the charter to a new date or receive a full refund of your payment. We agree a new date directly in the chat. Outside of weather disruptions, booking changes depend on availability and must be requested through WhatsApp. Because dates are strictly locked only after receiving the 30 percent deposit, any modification to your charter schedule should be discussed with our team as early as possible during our operating hours of 9:00 to 23:00 GST.

Before you book

What happens if severe weather prevents our charter?

If the weather does not allow sailing, you decide how to proceed. You can either move your charter to another date or receive a full refund of your payment. We agree a new date directly in the chat via WhatsApp.

Do I get my 30 percent deposit back if plans change?

Your 30 percent deposit secures your vessel date. If bad weather stops the trip, the full payment is refundable or transferable based on your choice. For other schedule adjustments, contact us in the WhatsApp chat between 9:00 and 23:00 GST.

Are we permitted to pack our own food and alcohol?

Yes, guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, onboard our yachts and boats. We do not charge any corkage fee. Alternatively, you can request catering, BBQ menus, or full bar service through our team.
